Please join us for the “Game Changer” Candidate Forum with candidates for the 45th Council District.

There is a special election on May 14th to replace the council seat vacated by NYC Public Advocate Jumaane Williams.

Brooklyn NAACP’s Civic Engagement Committee will host a candidate forum for residents of the 45th district to learn about the candidate’s policy platforms on the NAACP’s 6 “game changer” issues: Economic Empowerment, Education, Health, Justice Reform, Voter Engagement and Political Action, and Youth Engagement.
