The Brooklyn NAACP Civic Engagement Committee has partnered with Brooklyn Movement Center for two Town Hall Forums this week. The first was on Monday, June 8th with Justin Cohen and Stefani Zinerman for State Assembly District 56. If you missed it check it out here via Brooklyn Movement Center. This district is currently represented by Assembly Member Tremaine Wright and covers Bedford-Stuyvesant and Northern Crown Heights neighborhoods.

Jabari Brisport, Jason Salmon and Assembly Member Tremaine Wright will make the case for why they should represent as State Senator for District 25 on THURSDAY, June 11th 2020 at 6:00pm. This seat is currently held by Senator Velmanette Montgomery and covers the areas of Bedford stuyvesant, Red Hook, Brooklyn Heights and Gowanus.
